Society, and the systems that are supposed to support us, are struggling. We see those struggles every day in our West Lancashire community, people falling through the gaps and places where existing solutions fall short.

There’s a need for a different way. We work in conjunction with commissioners, local authorities, health partners, organisations, grant makers and trusts to develop and secure funding to close those gaps, meet your KPIs and change our society for the better.

Fit for purpose

We develops what works. We collaborated with several experienced counselling practitioners, counselling lecturers and management to design our counselling services, including appropriate policies and procedures in place to safeguard clients and support contractual obligations.

Cost effective

We have experience in service development and ongoing contracts with commissioners, so we ensure our bids and tenders are costed accurately and in line with commissioner’s expectations.

Measurable

We measure service delivery and client outcomes data, providing commissioners with up to date and accurate information. We use a range out outcome measurement tools in counselling in line with IAPT guidelines, including PHQ9; GAD7 and WSAS.
