What types of
counselling do you offer?
Person-centred Therapy
Person-centred counselling is a therapeutic talking therapy providing a safe place for you to explore your thoughts and feelings with a professional counsellor. All your sessions are confidential within a non-judgmental environment. This is led by you and you can talk about whatever you need to, with no pressure.
Group Therapy
Group therapy is with more than one person, guided by a trained counsellor.
Cognitive Behaviour
Therapy (CBT)

Integrative Therapy
Integrative therapy is a combination of the person-centred approach with CBT, shaped to suit your needs.
Creative Therapy
Creative therapy uses activities such as art in your counselling sessions as a way of working through particularly difficult thoughts and emotions.
Bereavement Counselling

PsyTap

This method identifies your triggers and with the guidance of our qualified practitioners overcome issues.
